Yeah, I think you're right.  I'd assumed they were moving to the Viacom
tower since they already had the TV there, but on second thought, it would
make more sense to go to a tower that already has a master FM antenna
on it, rather than one that currently has no FM (and thus much higher
installation costs, I'd bet).
