WNNH 99.1 coming in better in Manchester

I noticed over the last few weeks that WNNH 99.1 Henniker NH has been
coming in much better in Manchester / Derry area. I can actually listen to
the simulcast of WMUR TV-9 newscast without WPLM 99.1 Plymouth MA over
powering them.

I know the WNNH had a construction permit to make changes to allow for
better coverage in Manchester. Does anyone know if this has happened.
Seems unlikely to happen in the middle of a nasty winter.

Perhaps WPLM has closed the windows in their studio so it doesn't seem
like they're quite so loud. (Fans of Larry Glick may understand that
reference!).
