This was the book
that in 1990 predicted the Clinton victory over Bush in 1992 (although
not by name).
What kind of prediction is that? There's a great line in one of Shakespeare's history plays, I forget which. Prince Hal, later to be Henry V,
meets a member of his army named Glendower. Trying to impress the future
king,
Glendower says: "I can call forth spirits from the vasty deep" (Bill's phraseology);
Prince Hal says: "So can I; so can any man...but will they come?"
January is the month that the "Skeptical Inquirer" magazine lists
psychic predictions that didn't vome true (nearly all of them).
Only very vague predictions have a chance, and saying G.H.W. Bush is vulnerable
seems to me to fit into that category.
Now here's a ballsy predicyion:
