I believe that the Ebert and Roper movie review show is produced by an
arm of the Disney empire (Buena Vista TV?);  they occasionally give a
"Thumbs Down"(tm) to one or two Disney products during the course of the
year.
Tonight (01/04 on WCVB-TV-DT + WMUR-TV-DT) they'll have their "Best of the 
Year" selections;   next week their "Worst of the Year" show.  Guaranteed
no Disney flick will make next week's Liszt.

When Boston Magazine first came on the scene they used to do an annual Best and Worst edition,  after several editions they dropped "The Worst" aspect of it,  IIRC a number of high profile clients and ad agencies may have had a hand in the decision.
