88.3 Nashua

Is the 88.3 FM I'm hearing in Nashua a new legal LPFM or, dare I say, a
pirate? The very muddy audio sounds like India/Indian music and
commentary. 

I noticed this station  on the  air near the end of November 2002. I only
seem to hear it in the Nashua, Hudson area. The signal does not make it
out to Londonderry or Derry.
