In reference to Scotts article on NERW about Ed Perry's problems with mall security it states his tape recorder was returned to his car but the tape with all the interviews he had done had been erased. I wonder if Ed can sue for destruction or property, or larceny etc since the recorded interviews were "stolen" ? What do you legal types think? DF PS Merry Christmas to all...
