Just surfing All Access and came across the report of a lawsuit being filed by Erid Davis (Mudbone) of WMRQ against WCCC's Michael Des Fosses (Kidd) for doing something to Davis' tent and racial slurs 2 years ago.  Davis wants an on-air apology and $1-thousand dollars donated in his name to the Hartford Boys & Girls club.
So, not even getting into the issue of a publicity stunt like this cluttering the court system, what would a lawsuit/publicity stunt like that cost in the legal market these days?
