WCAT-AM Now Spanish (Ethnic?)

This is a little tardy, but since at least last Monday morning
(4 Nov @ 9:05am), WCAT-0.700 has been spanish (at least the times I've
checked--maybe they're block ethnic?).
BTW, since I reported that one occasion, 'CAT hasn't been heard again
at night.
