Hmmm...let's see....the station's news department has probably been cut 
back (didn't Clear CHannel decimate the news departments of various 
up-state New York stations - including the one in Schenectady, WGY?);  
Digital storage systems have replaced cart machines and arguably, the 
worst radio can offer: Laura Schlessinger, Rush 
Limbaugh, Mike Savage, Matt Drudge.
