Somebody At WCEC-AM Changes The Clocks

Since August, WCEC-AM 1110, licensed to Salem, NH
has been signing on at 5:45 am and staying on until
7:45 pm.  I've observed the station a few times in 
succeeding months, and Sunday, I thought I'd check 
to see if they were still doing it on the first day
of EST.  Well at about 7:40, the station was broadcasting 
a Central American or Mexican futbol game, then it went off
the air a few minutes later while the game was in progress
a la the "Heidi" incident.
Well, on Monday somebody finally changed the clocks
and the station now signs off at 5:00 pm...but
it still comes on at 5:45 am...the signal hits the air
with programming in progress, no station ID, no COL.
It will be interesting to see what they do November 1st:
6:30 am thru 4:30 pm for southern NH Daytimers.
