Channel 21 Concord very weak last week or two

Had a weak back about a week back.

Channel 21 Concord has been coming in extremely snowy lately (two weeks?)
at my home in Derry, where it usually comes in quite strong.
Can't get it at all on the uhf loop, which used to provide a good signal.
The other UHF are still coming same as before, so it does not appear to be
my antenna.

I live on the wrong side of a tall ridge, so channel Boston 68 is not a
good alternative for watching PAX.
