WMEA (90.1 Portland ME) sounded like it was back at full power from its Sebago tower as of Tuesday morning. Over the previous weekend and into Monday the station was using its backup in Westbrook. Elsewhere in the noncomm band, there's fascinating programming on WEVO (89.1 Concord NH) as I type this--all tone, all the time.
