Ooh...Judges appointed by Dems and GOP say no to Libertarian/Green
involvement.

Should anyone be surprised? The 2 parties are going to do all in their power
to prevent the other parties from gaining a foothold and write laws
specifically to do this.

I'm only surprised that the 1 party state of MA hasn't written laws to
require GOP candidates to jump through extra "hoops" to gain ballot access.
