WLYN w/(Greatly) Reduced Sked?

Is WLYN (1.360) having xmtr problems or just running an extremely
limited schedule--namely the Spanish Red Sox play-by-play and some
other, misc. (contractually obligated?) programs?
If it is voluntary, would it be safe to presume that it is related to
the upcoming change in ownership?
Wouldn't this limited schedule bring the wrath of "Uncle Charlie"?
