No more 2nd chance on the 2nd hour of All Things Considered...New Hampshire Public Radio has just replaced the 9 p.m. ATC hour (which is usually the same as the 5 p.m. hour) with As It Happens. It's not my favorite CBC program but I guess it's what PRI offers.
