Since the same trademark can be held by different people in different 
markets, all of these may be legitimate.  For example, there was once a 
Galaxy science fiction magazine, Galaxy cigarettes, and a Ford Galaxie.  
None infringed the other because they were different products with 
different markets.

And, at a science fiction convention in the mid-1960s, the editor of 
Galaxy magazine lit a cigarette.  Noticing the brand, I asked why he 
wasn't smoking Galaxy cigarettes.  He replied that he tried them, but he 
didn't like them.
