Phillips Academy Andover Open; WPAA-FM Is B-a-a-a-ck

Classes have resumed at Phillips Academy in Andover.  Somebody apparently
meandered into the room where the WPAA-FM 91.7 transmitter is located and
turned it back on.  Not that the station is broadcasting anything!
It's just the familiar unmodulated carrier...for how long, I can't even guess.
