CC's new radio boy

Well, 
   looks as tho CC's new head of radio, John Hoagn, is
finally taking over.  Their stocks are climbing, too. 
There's a classic picture of his predessor, Randy
Micheals, in the current issue of radio world. 
According the caption it's from the 1998 NAB show and
he is "trying to prove a point".  I wonder what point
that was....
