I see so many things on TV and radio that are inexcusable, I've stopped 
being shocked.  I think I became completely numb a couple of years ago 
when someone doing the news on WCRB referred to King Hussein of Jordan as 
"Mr. Hussein."

And you should see the number of mistakes I've found in "Trivial 
Pursuit"!
