RE: The All-New 1450 WKXL Concord

Speaking of the Bruins.....I don't believe there's ANY coverage in the I-93
corridor from WBZ up to the Lakes Region, I'm guessing that the 'BZ signal
is good enough that they don't need a Manchester or Concord outlet.

Regarding 1450, now that I'm working in Contoocook, I do listen to the AM
show on 'KXL, and they do sound pretty good. (Does Stevens have the
consummate Radio voice or what?). When they do the current tempature, they
usually metion Hooksett, which is interesting becuase WNBP splash starts to
become an issue in Hooksett and I'd say 1450 is unlistenable to the
non-audiophile in at least 1/2 of the town. Other than the Ronson ads (Don
Rondo), I'd concur most ads appear to be from north of Concord. They do have
the Grolen ads, which has a Conocrd location.

So...you like Con-cud vs Con-cord?
