Duh. They don't. That's been a truism for at least the past 5 years. One
could argue the past 15 years.
There is ZERO room for new talent in radio gigs that pay today. And that
will come and bite owners on the ass in 10 or 15 years when the current
crop of pros dies or retires and there's no one to take their place.
It's a similar problem in radio engineering, although I suspect with that
it will be even more severe and happen a little sooner.
