One place you wouldn't think to find it is in major colleges too.  There 
are a lot of colleges that circumvent the legal system, if not the 
Constitution, in the way they handle their internal cases - especially in 
the not-uncommon rape cases that really shouldn't be before a school's own 
legal system.  The Kristin Roslonski & Meghann Horner cases with Boston 
University recently comes to mind.  Whether you side with the womens' 
position or the school's - BU should never had tried to deal with it 
entirely internally...they should've been referred to the local courts.
