I've recently noticed WBZ-TV seems to have echo or reverb on their 
news.  Am I imagining this?  If not, is this a recent change?  It's 
somewhat annoying but doesn't seem to affect every person on the air the 
same way or all the time.

I haven't noticed this on the WSBK-TV news at 10 PM, just on the WBZ-TV 
news at 11.  Barry Burbank on the noon news today sounded like he was in 
an empty room.

Bad acoustics or planned audio enhancement?
