Still seems pretty silly to me.
If money is the issue, the FCC should reassign the
dirty word people to fining stations for operating
outside of their license parameters. They could make
money just by monitoring this list!
Or the FCC could adopt local content regulations like
Canada and fine oldies stations for playing the
Beatles too often.
