The Federal Government is not a monolithic entity, as you well know,
Dan.  Since the FCC is expected to recover part of its budget from
fines and fees, going after a station on a case like this is probably
beneficial to the bottom line -- particularly if, as has been
suggested, Infinity were to settle as they did some years ago for
Stern.
