The irony is palpable...a show about high technology for stupid people that 
has severe (likely computer-based) automation problems?

Well, okay...Komando's show is not for "stupid" people, that's the closet 
geek in me being rude.  It's for those who aren't good with 
computers.   But I loose about 15% of my enamel from grinding my teeth 
every time I listen to Kim's callers  :-)
