RKO...automated?

Just wondering....is WRKO automated at times?

I just listened to Kim Komando's show this week..and it was the worst
engineered show I have ever heard.

I heard breaks appearing mid sentence...and five minutes of "You'll Never
Walk Alone"...apparently as a fill for commercial break.

I also heard a 'countdown' till the end of the spot break air live.  "60
seconds"...."45 seconds"....etc.

Now normally I would just assume there was a one-time problem...equipment
failure...  or maybe a sick staffer on the board, etc.  But I've heard this
on the Komando's show every week!

I can only assume that it's automated...and badly set up.
