Most of the big mid-western public broadcasters identify each station
independently (using a remotely-activated ``cart'').  (South Dakota
and Nebraska also transmit an RDS program ID.)  The longest one I
personally know about is the WSLU network in upstate New York; they
have a good number of flea-power primaries.
