Long Top-of-the-Hour Station ID strings

I can't recall the stations, but out west there are a network of stations
that are owned/or/operated by the Radio Tricolor Network. Folks in the
National Radio Club list recently remarked about their very long ID strings.
I think the Network, which programs some type of Mexican Music and features
is based either in the LA or San Francisco Bay area. I seen a write-up about
the company in Radio World a few years ago talking about the network and
thier strategies on retaining top-drawer Spanish disc jockey talent.
