interesting article about Body Solutions

For those who receive Inside Radio Fax, there is an interesting article in 
it today about an advertiser heard on many stations:

"San Antonio Express-News says Body Solutions parent Mark Nutritionals is 
laying off staff.
Cox Radio is suing Mark Nutritionals for $451,000, and reporter Travis 
Poling says "radio industry insiders say other radio companies are owed 
even more" -- but will negotiate rather than sue. 10 of 35 staffers have 
been laid off...."

This is the commercial where an air personality from the station uses the 
product and then does many many testimonials about their amazing weight 
loss.  Any of you know more about how this affects your local stations or 
whether the people who say they lost a lot of weight with this product 
really did lose the weight?  I've always wondered about the ethics of 
announcers, especially news reporters, shilling for products.  Somehow, I 
can't picture the late great Edward R. Murrow doing so...
