Re: Entercom AM's Sound Crappy
If both WEEI and WRKO are sounding poor this morning, it isn't their
transmitters. Perhaps they're having trouble with their normal
connectivity from the studios to the transmitters (which are 24 km apart).
I would admit that since this isn't the first time, perhaps you were
hearing the implementation of the final fix to the earlier problem, though
given the timing (i.e. not normal 'maintenance window' hours), it sounds
more likely that the same trouble has returned.
Guest Street is where I would look first.
