WAQY (102.1) Springfield, which puts a big signal into central Connecticut all the way down to the Sound, is promoting itself as "the new home of the New England Patriots." Not sure if this means they're supplanting WCCC (106.9) Hartford. I don't think the Pats had a Springfield affiliate last season. I'm sure someone will correct me quickly if I'm wrong about that...
