When I worked in NH some of the on-air staff doubled in sales, especially 
the sports guys (Jock MacKenzie, Dick Lutz).  A  former owner (now serving 
a life term for child abuse, but that's another story), suggested the news 
people also do sales...until I suggested it could make for a major conflict 
of interest in some cases.
