WRKO-AM frequently runs what seem to be legitimate recruitment spots for
sales talent. They claim that there'a a sizable cohort in the Boston market
at least pulling down big bux. something tells me that commercial AMs in
Fitchburg or Pittsfield aren't doing so well. (I was in the Pittsfield
area over the 4th of July weelend)

You bring up an very intresting subject ...... wonder what percentile of 'On
Air'
Personalities of one kind or another are acutally out there pounding the
pavement selling commercial air time. I know the acutal sales force in
radio today is just a glimmer to what it used to be.
