RE: memories of Jerry Williams' show

I think Jerry ripped off "and storm-door company" from a 
well-known Bob Newhart routine. Newhart flew to Hawaii 
on a cut rate airline--the Mrs Grace L Ferguson Airline 
and Storm-Door Co. Mrs F picked up the passengers at 
their houses and drove them to the airport in her 
Volkswagen Microbus. Part way across the Pacific the 
pilot got on the intercom and asked, "Has anyone on the 
plane been to Hawaii before? It's kinda kidney shaped, 
isn't it?"
