Well - again, this is where interpretation is open to discussion, but 
technically underwriting is required to have "value neutral" descriptions 
of the company and/or its products/services.   Also, getting very 
technical, any underwriting that results in added value (i.e. increased 
sales) to the sponsor is not considered legal...although this viewpoint is 
near-universally ignored because it's virtually impossible to 
quantify.   For example, if your underwriting increases your business's PR 
image, and that happens to lead to more sales, can you prove a direct 
connection?  Almost certainly not.

Anyways, my breakdown is sprinkled in below...

"redesigned" is questionable, but ONLY if you're being really picky about 
it.  The connotation is that "redesigned" = "better", but that's splitting 
hairs I'll admit.

"tradition of the world's leading private banks" implies Boston PB&TC is 
better than other banks.  Still splitting hairs somewhat...

I would say this is completely value-neutral wording.

"sensible alternative" denotes other alternatives are not sensible, and 
therefore is not value-neutral.

Similar to the Audi spot - "custom-designed" implies that it is better than 
other designs, but it's sort of splitting hairs.

Not sure...I think announcing winning an award is possibly crossing a line, 
but if not, then otherwise it's okay.
