WRSA and WTWK simulcast talk.

*VERMONT offers a pair of call changes to kick things
off: not long
after becoming WTWK, the former WWSR (1420 St. Albans)
sends those WTWK
calls across Lake Champlain to 1070 in Plattsburgh
(formerly
WLFE). 1420 is now WRSA, and we don't know what it's
programming at
the moment.
