Webcasters to Shutdown for MayDay

I have not seen this discussed here, but tomorrow several Webcasters will be
partcipating in "Mayday" by shutting off their music streams in protest to
the CARP Royalties' rates campaigns that the U.S. Copyright office will be
ruling on.

The high costs being proposed could shut down several of the webcasts,
thereby streamlining the diversity even further.

They should be promoting these individual public broadcasts, not driving
them to near-bancruptcy.
