Massachusetts Republican Convention Airing Live On WCAP

   WCAP (980 Lowell) is airing the Massachusetts State Republican Convention
live from the Tsongas Arena in Lowell as I post this. The convention is
being held in Lowell for the first time. The Boston TV stations, and New
England Cable News all have their live trucks parked in the lot next to the
arena. So far I've heard weekday morning show host George Anthes along with
Gary Francis hosting interviews and offering commentary in between the
speeches.

   FYI, it sounds like they are using the phone line they have set up in the
arena for the Lock Monsters game.
