WAAF contest rule

WAAF is conducting a Web-based promtion (contest?) that
rewards listeners/members for performing activities such as
streaming their music, etc.  It is operated by WAAF and
PlanetJamMedia, Inc.  and is referred to as a "Service"

A brief, condensed quote for scholarly purposes only:

"participation in the Service is open only to natural persons 
[snip] residents of the Greater Boston area [snip] 13 years 
of age or older."

What, pray tell, is a natural person?

Do Carole King & Aretha Franklin qualify.
