At that time, the respective TV stations were WNBT and WCBW.  I don't know when WCBW 
became WCBS-TV, but for the NBC TV station see below.

And WJZ-TV became WABC-TV that same day.

When WNBC and WNBC-FM changed to WRCA and WRCA-FM, WNBT became WRCA-
TV.  When WRCA and WRCA-FM became WNBC and WNBC-FM, WRCA-TV became 
WNBC-TV.
