Billing software

I wonder if Quick Books offers something basic enough
that would be a suitable to your needs. Just a
thought...this sounds like one for Counselor Ross!

Can anyone recommend good software - preferably on the
cheaper 
side...it 
doesn't need all the bells and whistles...for tracking
billable hours 
and 
creating invoices to send to clients?   I would think
something similar 
to 
what an attorney's office would use would be ideal.
