Paxson is pissed about NBC's purcahse of Telemundo, which Pax believes
indicates NBC has no interest in exercising their purchase option.
AIUI, Pax has even filed with the FCC to get GE's interest in them
reclassified as attributable, which would force NBC to either cancel
the Telemundo deal or divest their share in Pax.  (This is assuming,
of course, that GE's lobbyists didn't somehow get the rules changed to
allow them to own three stations in a market.)
