At 3:15AM Feb.15th I heard two distinct stations on 1670...not pirates 
either (commercials and PSAs sounded far too slick).  Only 1670's the FCC 
knows about are in Wisconsin & California...with CP's for a second CA 
station and a Georgia station.  Guess that cold, clear sky made for great 
ionospheric reflection!  :-) They were gone tonight (Feb.15th around 8pm)
