RE: Glen Beck and WGIR



It's changed hosts and time.

Prior to November, it was Woody Woodland 9AM-12N (Dan Pierce used to do
mornings 2-3 years ago), now it's Dan Pierce 3-6PM, so the total # of local
hours is unchanged.

Tough fall for Woody....not only did he lose the WGIR gig, but he had been
the longtime voice of Pinkerton (Derry) and Londonderry High School Football
and Basketball on WDER (1320-Derry NH). However, like the taliban, Blount
(WDER's new owners as of earlier this year) considers sports sacreligious
(apparently) and dumped ALL non-religious prgramming, which basically
consisted of the football-basketball games) and henceforth, Woody.
