And then along came the REAL Dan Donovan!

Actually, Groucho and Chico Marx had a problem of that sort back in the 
1930s.  They did a radio show about a law firm called "Beagle, Shyster & 
Beagle."  After a couple of shows, they had to change the name.  Seems a 
real-life lawyer named Beagle threatened to sue.  So they changed it to 
"Flywheel, Shyster & Flywheel."  They explained the change by having the 
lawyer's secretary tell someone that her boss got a divorce and went back 
to his unmarried name.
