Yes, but UMass Dartmouth is part of the UMass
system and it operates the 91.1 outlet down 
there.  I was commenting that the Commonpoverty
of Massachusetts guvvamint is experiencing 
budgetary shortfalls except for the favored few.  Therefore I don't see WSMU spending $$$$$
to change or upgrade facilities.

Um...WBUR is owned by Boston University, not UMass.
