WBUR-FM Application

Today's (11/28) FCC Application List shows a 
possible application by WBUR-FM 90.9 to alter
its directional pattern.  There's a sidebar
listing petitions to deny going back years.
Wasn't this change predicated on a switch of 
Dartmouth's WSMU-FM 91.1 switching to 89.3?  
The U-Mass System is running low on funds thanks
to budget cutbacks (although I bet Prez
Billy Bulger keeps his million-dollar-digs on the
Boston waterfront; and WBUR has jettisoned some
staff lately, although not our mole.
This bears watching.
