Also, keep in mind that AM stations love(d) to shorten the frequencies
for AM stations.  

We call WABC at 770 on the dial as 77 WABC, and WFAN on
660 as 66 WFAN....

I refer to WRKO's position as AM 68 and WMCA here in NYC is 57 on your
dial.

Y'all old-timers should remember those... :-D
