Yes.  JJ Jeffrey's 95.9 WRED Saco is a rap station.

Citadel's 97.9 WJBQ Portland is a mainstream CHR station.  They are pretty
careful in their music choices, not wanting to alienate the 20-something
women which are critical to their sales efforts.
